3. User Accounts

- Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Orders and Payments

5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project. WebRush retains the right to use anonymized versions of completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your order. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely feedback and required materials
- Respond to review requests within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure all content you provide does not infringe third-party rights
- Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
8. Limitation of Liability
WebRush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
