General

We're a productized web design and development service. Instead of the traditional agency model with lengthy proposals and unpredictable timelines, we've turned website creation into a simple, trackable product. Choose a package, submit your brief, track your build, and launch -- all from a single dashboard.

It's as simple as buying a product online. Pick a package (Landing Page or Website), create an account, and fill out a creative brief that tells us about your brand, goals, and design preferences. Once submitted, our team gets to work and you can track every step from your dashboard.

At a minimum, we need your brand information (name, tagline, colors if you have them) and the content for your pages. If you have a logo, brand guidelines, images, or copy ready, you can upload them during the brief. Don't worry if you don't have everything -- we can work with what you have and offer copywriting as an add-on.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All transactions are processed securely with industry-standard encryption. You'll receive an email receipt immediately after payment.

Yes, we offer a full refund if we haven't started work on your project yet. Once the build process begins, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We're committed to making sure you're satisfied with the final result -- if something isn't right, we'll work with you through revisions to get it there.

Timeline

Landing pages are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from when you submit your brief. Multi-page websites take 10-14 business days depending on complexity and number of pages. Add-on services like copywriting or branding may add 2-3 additional business days.

Once you submit your brief, you'll get access to a project dashboard where you can follow real-time progress. You'll see which phase your project is in (wireframing, design, development, review), receive milestone notifications, and can communicate directly with your project team through the built-in messaging system.

Revisions

Absolutely. Every package includes revision rounds so you can refine the result. Landing pages include 1 revision round, and websites include 2 revision rounds. During each round, you can provide feedback on any aspect of the design or content and we'll make the changes.

Landing Page packages include 1 revision round, and Website packages include 2 revision rounds. Each round covers comprehensive feedback -- you're not limited to a specific number of change requests within a round. If you need additional rounds beyond what's included, they can be purchased for $100 each.

Launch

Once you've approved the final build, we handle the entire launch process. This includes deploying your website to your hosting provider, configuring your domain and DNS settings, setting up SSL certificates, and running final checks to ensure everything works perfectly across all devices and browsers.

Yes, 100%. Once your project is complete and paid for, you own the website and all associated assets. We'll provide the complete source files and can help with the handoff to your hosting provider or development team if needed.

Support

After launch, we offer 7 days of complimentary support for any bug fixes or urgent issues. For ongoing maintenance, updates, and content changes, we offer a Monthly Maintenance add-on for $150/month. You can also reach out anytime if you need additional development work or want to order new features.
